There has been a major change in the management of our website. Simon Behmo of France has gracefully accepted the responsibility of maintaining The Site. It will become effective February 21, when he comes back from a skiing trip. You can read about Simon in an essay that will appear in the Biographies Section. Raphael Ventura has done a spectacular job of creating and maintaining The Site. It was, however, a very time consuming task. Now, this very essential move, will allow Raphael to concentrate on the research required to put together the missing links of the Behmoiras puzzle. Rafael Benaroya will remain the editor.
